Legal Counsel
Dr Mirahmadi serves as legal counsel for several multinational organizations.
Phoenix is managed by a Senior Management team that handles the Operational, Editorial and Legal activities of the company and by an Executive Management team that handles the company’s investments and executive relationships with its shareholders and with potential investors.
Phoenix’ organizational structure also includes an Advisory Board that is made up of renowned scholars and intellectual figures and a panel of external investors. The Advisory Board guarantees the ethical values Phoenix stands for.
The Senior Management team oversees the Editorial, Legal and Operational Divisions. The members of the Editorial Divisions report directly to the Editorial Director while those of the Legal & Investments Division report to the Legal Counsel. The Operational Divisions (Production, Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Digital Technology, Distribution and New Business) report to the Operations Director and to the President.

The staff is made up of 33 paid staff members and 10 Board Advisors. The company staff includes 18 Office staff members and 15 Editorial staff members. Additionally, Phoenix hires from a pool of 20 contractors for specific job and project development.
