Diallo is a visionary, Award-winning business entrepreneur, inventor and Digital Marketing expert.  In 2007 he founded Unity One Publishing and renamed it Phoenix two years later.  Diallo's vision with Phoenix was to create an international platform of expression for authors, human rights activists and community leaders who fight for social justice, world peace and freedom of religion while giving upcoming writers a chance to be published at the international level and to be a part of a strong publishing network.  In order to achieve this milestone, he invented a new publishing model called Orion and for which he won an international award in 2009.  The Orion Publishing Model is the driving operational force that helps Phoenix remain extremely competitive in the publishing market.

A contributor to various disciplines, Diallo authored numerous articles on the topics of business management, digital media, marketing, computer ethics, economics, Greek tragedies, music theory, art, anthropology, quantum physics, string theory and advanced mathematics.

As a Marketing and Management expert, Diallo has developed a large number of advertising and management initiatives for international organizations that operate in the publishing, digital media, marketing, and entertainment industries.  From 2008 to 2011 he served as Advertising Operations Manager at Detroit Media Partnership, a company owned by Gannett Corporation, the largest newspaper publisher in the United States and a globalmedia company that publishes 85 newspapers including USA Today.

As an inventor, Diallo specializes in Business Engineering which is the process of developing complex start-ups and business models.  He developed several marketing and management models and is currently working on launching a new social network technology he conceptualized and dubbed TagSocial.

As an author Diallo’s work focuses on ancient Eastern philosophies, quantum physics, markerting management and process improvement.  His work includes a management book aimed at corporate and business audiences, a book on quantum physics, a memoir, two collections of poems and two volumes of satirical stories published under a pen name.  He is also the author of a tale that draws from the ancient Persian literature and that analyzes the spiritual development of the human self as expressed as popularized by the famous Sufi poet and mystic Rumi.

Diallo launched several start-ups at the international levels including a record label of world music that distributes and promotes the Montreal-based and chart-topping Moroccan band Burdah Ensemble, an investments company, a Web Design and Digital Marketing firm and an international media group that  produces entertainment and digital media networks (online music radio stations and social networks) for the Eastern, Caribeean and African markets.

Diallo has an interest in scientific and scholarly research and publications. His research focuses on a proposed quantum theory of unification that would explain Quantum Physics and Mathematical concepts from a spiritual and metaphysical point of view.  Some of his research topics include Einstein's mass-energy equation (E=mc2), the behavior of atomic particles of matter under observation and the correlation between this atomic behavior and basic principles of metaphysics such as creation's essential need for spirit-related energy to survive.

He studied at Montgomery College and at the University of Maryland where he graduated with a B.S. in Business & Computer Studies and four degrees in Project Management, Information Management, Electrical Engineering/Mathematics and Web Design/Visual Arts.  He has won nine American awards for his contribution to the business, academic and entrepreneurial fields and an international medal for his community work.  He is the recipient of the 1998 Prentice Hall Publisher Award of Maryland, the 2000 Honors Scholarship Award, a three-time recipient of the Harry Harden Jr African-American Award, a four-time recipient of the Award of Excellence for Outstanding Contribution to the Academic Fields and the winner of a 2009 Technical & Scientific Award from Senegal for his leadership in the launch of Phoenix Press International.

He is active in his community and is affiliated with a series of non profit organizations such as Resource/Sununet, Team Senegal, the Sufi Institute of Michigan, ASIM and the Islamic Supreme Council of America which advises governments on the questions of  peace and religion.  His upcoming endeavors include launching a humanitarian network he created to help support empoverished nations in Africa and creating an international academic institute.
He is a member of the World Bank's Club of Spiritual Sciences and of the Washington Book Publishers Association.
